Marika’s hire strengthens Automic’s ongoing investment in people, culture and leadership, to support the fastest growing registry and professional services provider in Australia. With over 20 years of experience, including founding her own governance business, Marika has managed many of the most significant governance and corporate activities across various industries.
Marika notably served as a company secretary and governance advisor for the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games while also spearheading governance initiatives for numerous banking and financial institutions, technology companies, mining entities, fashion and environmental organisations. Marika has balanced operational, and compliance demands with delivering strategic insights to help her clients drive sustainable growth enabled by facilitating enhanced stakeholder engagement.
