Automic Group today announced that it has completed the 100 per cent acquisition of Advanced Share Registry (ASX: ASW) for $0.165 cash per share by way of a Scheme of Arrangement.

This is the latest of Automic’s 2023 acquisitions which have also included WA based company secretarial and finance businesses Ventnor Capital, Endeavour Corporate and Grange Consulting as well as Environmental, Sustainability and Governance Advisory firm ESG Capital.
